Its a wounderful property but all i want to know is when does the builder intend to hand over the posession to the faithful investors who have stuck by the company for the last 4 years.

the management of orchid petals is corrupt and still the possession has not been given.
all the owners are a harassed lot with n number of meetings and no respite in sight yet

Orchid Petals builder is s cheat and is making a fool of people. They have released the possession letter for Phase 1 , as per which the super area has increased by 100 sq feet per occupant, so if there are 15 flats in a tower 1500 sq feet area has increased.
They are charging 2 lacs extra from each occupant.
Moreover the possession has been delayed for 1 year and no compensation is being given by the builder

When Orchid Petals is giving possession for flats in tower number 19 ? any idea.
