Raheja to co develop factories and housing units at Gurgaon SEZ
Projects Today reported that Raheja Developers, the Delhi based company, plans to create a SPV within its 257.5 acre Gurgaon engineering SEZ project and partner an industrial company for co-development of the space for factories and affordable housing units. The remaining part of the SEZ project will continue under Raheja SEZ.
According to sources, the company is in an advanced stage of discussion with an industrial house for a 50:50 JV, but cannot reveal the name yet. It hopes to increase INR 300 crore to INR 500 crore of debt in the next 2 to 3 months for complexes and processing units.
