Within 120 days from date of Booking : 10% of BSP + 50%ofEDC
On start of foundation : 5% of BSP + 100%ofPLC
On casting of Ground Floor Roof Slab : 5% of BSP + 100%Car Parking
On casting of 2nd Floor Roof Slab : 10% of BSP
On casting of 5th Floor Roof Slab : 20% of BSP
On casting of 10th Floor Roof Slab : 5% of BSP + 100% Club Fee
On completion of brick work in apartment : 5% of BSP
On completion of Internal Plumbing (GI / CI) within apartment : 5% of BSP
On completion of Flooring work in apartment : 5% of BSP
On completion of Internal Plaster within apartment. : 5% of BSP
At the time of notice for possession : 5% of BSP +Stamp Duty + Any other charges as applicable.
DO WN PAYMENT PLAN
Rebate : 8% on Basic Sale Price (BSP)
At the time of Booking : 20% of BSP
Within 45 days from date of Booking : 75% of’BSP + Car Park + PLC+ EDC +Club Membership fee
At the time of Notice for possession : 5% + stamp duty +any other charges as applicable
General Terms and Condition
1. The above price is exclusive of External Development Charges (EDC), pro-rated per apartment as applicable to this Group Housing Site. In case of any upward revision thereof by the government agencies in future, the same would be recovered on pro-rata basis.
2. Prices are Escalation Free but subject to revision/withdrawal without notice at company’s sole discretion.
3. All prices are calculated on super area basis.
4. Apartment would be provided with a power back up of 5 KVA approx.
5. One Covered Car Parking along with an apartment is essential.
6. The company would hand over the possession in 36 months. Company woutd pay penalty to its customers @ Rs. 5/- per sq.ft. per month for any delay in handing over the possession beyond the period of 36 months from date of execution of buyers agreement. Similarly the customer would be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs. 5/- per sq. ft. per month if he/she fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issue of notice of possession.
7. Registration Charges and Maintenance Security shall be payable extra at the time of notice for possession.

9. Installments in above Installment Plan shall become payable on demand irrespective of the serial order in which they are listed above.
