HUDA floats Group Housing Scheme
The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has floated a new Group Housing Scheme-2005 in its seven urban estates at Gurgaon, Faridabad, Sonepat, Panipat, Rewari, Panchkula, and Palwal.
A HUDA spokesman said a total of 321 plots of half acre, one acre and one-and-a-half acres would be offered under the scheme and majority of these were in the high potential zone of Panchkula, Gurgaon, Sonepat, Faridabad and medium potential zone of Panipat, Palwal and Rewari.
In Panchkula, 44 plots would be allotted, in Gurgaon 30 plots, in Faridabad 133 plots, in Sonepat 40 plots, in Panipat 22 plots, in Rewari 19 plots and in Palwal 33 plots.
He said of the total plots 193 had been reserved for General Category, 31 for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 48 for Cooperative Societies of Haryana and Central Government Employees, 17 for Cooperative Societies of Defence Personnel and Para Military Forces, 16 each for Welfare Housing Organisation of Haryana and Central Government Employees and Cooperative Societies of MPs and MLAs.
