Gurgaon Manesar Corridor: Master plan to woo investors
There is good news for investors. Gurgaon will now stretch its arm to Manesar too and both the sites will go hand in hand. Since there is scarcity of land in the existing Gurgaon Master plan, the Govt. of Haryana has now declared Manesar as the new area for development. Most of the builders have already acquired lands in Gurgaon Manesar Expressway to develop townships like Unitech, Vatika, Raheja, DLF, N R Buildcon and many more.
Gurgaon already covers 8000 hectares of area and till 2021, according to the master plan, will cover 14000 hectares more than the current area. New industrial Areas have been planned near the existing IMT Manesar and many new projects will be developed by HUDA.
