ET Realty Expo 10 draws huge crowd
The two-day ET Realty Expo 2010 must have encouraged the exhibitors a lot as over 2,000 prospective buyers thronged Rajpath Club for the property show on Saturday, the inaugural day. “We are expecting twice as many visitors on Sunday,” said Anup Agrawal, an exhibitor at the event.
The expo offers a range of options in residential and commercial properties — flats, penthouses, farmhouses, weekend homes, open plot bungalows, offices and showrooms in and around Ahmedabad, besides other cities in Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Karnataka — available under one roof.
Apparently, the visitors were excited with what they saw at the show. The likes of Vinay Pradhan, who came in a group of 14 looking for property for investment purpose, expressed satisfaction at the options available. Around 20 visitors have already confirmed timings with our sales executives to visit the sites of our two projects next week. More such visits are expected to be confirmed on Sunday, said Jaxay Shah, managing director of a local realty firm.
